How do I pay?
Currently we only accept bank transfer to our Maybank Account or Money Order. Kindly contact us for the account details once order is made. Don’t worry, instructions will be given every time you place your order.
Money transfer from another bank may cause 2-3 days float. Best option is to pay via cash deposit machine or from Maybank2U.
**IMPORTANT NOTE: Please print your receipt once you’ve made your payment through Maybank2u or keep the bank deposit slip once you’ve bank in the money. Please email/fax the receipt/slip to us immediately after the transaction. Failing to do so may cause mishap in both parties which you may not be able to receive your items nor your money back.
What about delivery?
We deliver to anywhere in the world via Pos Laju (Express Pos Malaysia) (starting from RM5 according to item), snail mail (cheaper but slower), registered package (a bit more expensive but secure) or self collect. As for self collect, we deliver within klang valley only evening onwards on weekdays and anytime during weekends. COD accepted.
Items are delivered using Pos Malaysia in a protected envelope/box. We guarantee item will be shipped within 7 days after full payment is made.
Remember that once the item is out of our hands, shipment is fully dependant on Pos Malaysia's efficiency.
Replacement of item or full refund (item's value only) for lost items will be given for purchases delivered with package registration only.
Delivery costs will be given when you place your order.
Applicable for Clothing
1. Please save the invoices sent with your order as this is your receipt.
2. Applicable only for items that have been highly misrepresented.
We DO NOT accept returns for the following reasons:
* garment does not fit as expected (too small/too big)
* do not like overall look of item (cutting/material/etc)
We ACCEPT returns for the following reasons:
* different item model/color/size from the one purchased is received
* item is damaged/defective
3. Return claim must be filed within 7 days from the time order
is received. My-kawaii.com must receive the return item(s) within
7 days from the time your return claim is approved.
Important: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the
return reaches my-Kawaii.com safely.
4. Reimbursements are given in the form of redelivery only.
Redelivery is subjected to product availability. Cash refunds will
be given only on case to case basis.
5. Redelivery is free after my-Kawaii.com receives your return.
Shipping charges to return item(s) to my-Kawaii.com will not
